Portfolio Design

First time ever doing a web design, turned out to be a rough idea of what I might want my portfolio design to look like.
Unfortunately, no idea of what it would take to get this up and running, I'm gonna be looking around for a good bit of help

Faves and any suggestions anyone has for improvements(looking to make a v2 later, I'm sure) are much appreciated
